With more than 30 years dedicated to industrial quality improvement, Xavier combines technical expertise and strategic vision to transform quality control and incident management in the plant. Its focus: Traceability, efficiency and data-driven decisions.
Professional history
During more than 25 years at “Barcelona Centre de Tecnologies” (bct) and “Tecnomatrix”, he developed a deep knowledge of automotive dimensional quality, collaborating with OEMs and Tier 1 in highly standardized environments and complex supply chains. In the last decade, as co-founder and CGO of Kapture.io QMShe drives digital, connected and transversal quality to help companies digitize control patterns, connect with ERP/MES (such as Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo or SAP) and manage incidents in real time.
Since the beginning of his career, Xavier Conesa has been actively involved in the main associations related to Automotive or Quality, and has promoted the Measure control blog, publishing articles on quality control in the industrial environment.
