Problem-Solving 4.0 is the latest innovative feature added to Kapture.IO. This new solution integrates the management, resolution, and traceability of quality problems into the Intelligent Quality Management System (QMS).
PROBLEM SOLVING 4.0
The opening, assignment, documentation, and resolution of problems is managed in Kapture.IO, reducing time and simplifying the process, as well as real-time access to all the information.
This new feature is a lean tool for optimization by digitizing problem-solving processes. This module, in its first version, includes the 8D or 8 Disciplines methodology.
In future updates of this module, other standard problem-solving methods will be included such as the “Cause-Effect Diagram” or the “The 5 Why’s” methodology.
