  • Reference: Part(s) checked with the control medium.
  • Last calibration: date of the last media calibration. Reflection of the Calibrations Page.
  • Calibration frequency: period of validity of a calibration. Reflection of the Calibrations Page.
  • Type of MSA: survey used to ensure the quality of the media information (configurable drop-down list)
  • Department: department of the company to which the resource is assigned (more information on departments here).
  • Description: any additional information on the control medium
  • Start of next calibration: date on which the current calibration becomes obsolete. Calibration Page Reflection
  • Type of calibration: depending on whether the calibration is internal or external.
  • Family: depending on the structure of the control medium (configurable drop-down list).
  • Location: particular location of the control medium in the production plant.
  • Activation date: day on which the control medium is purchased/registered.
  • Depositary, State, Calibration company, Certificate no., etc. ….
