The KaptureIO Academy is launched to share our expertise with our clients and partners, as well as to standardize the knowledge levels of KaptureIO.
The digital transformation of quality processes in manufacturing requires product & process knowledge, together with the definition of main key indicators (KPIs) to empower continuous improvement and return on investment.
These certifications validate the knowledge of the KaptureIO Quality Management System (QMS) and the expertise to implement it.
This certification will be awarded to those professionals with 10 hours of KaptureIO training and with proven experience of day-to-day management in KaptureIO and general knowledge of the platform. A «KaptureIO Specialist» will know the quality module, design new forms, modify existing ones, and train operators in their execution.
This certification will be awarded to those professionals with at least 20 hours of KaptureIO training and advanced knowledge of the QUALITY module. The «KaptureIO Expert» will know both, the configuration and analysis of quality controls. Likewise, they will know how to detect and suggest new platform applications.
This certification will be awarded to those professionals with more than 40 hours of KaptureIO training and experts in quality management. The «KaptureIO Master» will have an exhaustive knowledge of KaptureIO and will be able to lead implementations, optimizing the platform according to each client’s requirements and applying improvement actions.
In summary, the KaptureIO Specialist will know the basic configuration of the Quality module of the QMS KaptureIO. On the other hand, a KaptureIO Master will know both, the platform, and its implementation to optimize quality control processes and increase profitability.
