Types of FMEA

The AMFE is applied at three levels:

FMEA Design

FMEA Process

Prevent manufacturing and assembly errors. Review the flow of operations, machine parameters, tools, working methods, and control measures. Define measures for prevention, detection, and response to deviations.

FMEA System

Provides a comprehensive overview of complex products or installations. Assesses interfaces between systems, dependencies with suppliers, logistics, and functional safety.
