The intelligent management of quality in manufacturing processes requires of knowledge of the product and of the process, the definition of the main key indicators (KPIs) to promote continuous improvement and a strategy for implementation.
New tools for digital quality management, or Quality Management Systems (QMS), have facilitated the digital transformation of quality. These have made it easier to access information in real time and have made it more flexible to configure according to each client’s implementation and analysis needs.
With the aim of recognising those professionals who have excelled in the implementation of a digital strategy in the departments of quality of your company, at the end of the year, present the award Kapture Champion.
In this vein, we began the year by introducing the Kapture.io Certificates. These certifications validate the knowledge of the product and the ability to the professionals to implement Kapture.io, the leading Quality Management System (QMS) in the industry.
Levels: Specialist, Expert y Master
Kapture.io Specialist Certificate
The “Kapture.io Specialist” certification will be awarded to professionals with 10 hours of training at Kapture.io and with proven ability and proven skills training in Kapture.io and with proven ability and agility for management daily on the platform. Likewise, the “Kapture.io Specialist” will be knowledgeable about the module of quality module and will be able to create new controls, to modify existing controls and to train in the execution of said controls to the operators. They shall have a general understanding of the other features of the platform.
Kapture.io Expert Certificate
On the other hand, the “Kapture.io Expert” certification will be awarded to professionals with 20 hours of training in Kapture.io and practical knowledge of both configuration and quality control analysis. Likewise, the “Kapture.io Expert” will be able to detect and propose new applications for the platform.
Kapture.io Master Certificate
Finally, the “Kapture.io Master” certification will be awarded to professionals who are experts in quality management and have completed more than 40 hours of training in Kapture.io. Likewise, the “Kapture.io Master” will have extensive knowledge of the Kapture.io platform and will be able to lead the implementation of Kapture.io. They will also optimise the configuration of the different modules of the platform according to the requirements of each case and suggest improvement actions. In addition, they will have the knowledge to train Kapture.io Specialists and Kapture.io Experts.
In short, these certifications were created with the aim of recognizing professionals with experience in the Kapture.io Quality Management System (QMS) and to standardize the different levels of knowledge of the tool.
