Let’s take as an example the verification of a part in a checking fixture. As you can see in the attached image, the dynamics of control point definition is simple and intuitive.

Numerical controls, Boolean controls, list of possible options, selection of molds, operators, dies, etc. are defined within Kapture.io replacing the paper formats of the Control Planand similar.
Once the user defines the control parameters, the technicians and/or operators will have them ready to work in the plant in a much more efficient way. In the attached image we can see a varied design customized by the user.
On the first page we see some instructions for the correct execution of the control by the operator.
The second page shows the data acquisition by dial indicator on the checking fixture. The user will be introducing the values automatically thanks to the bluetooth connection, leading to an improvement in control execution times.
Finally, we observe another type of control defined on the last page. In this case, the selection guideline is given with visual information of the type of defect. The operator simply has to select the box and choose the option detected in each control.
