Efficient quality management in manufacturing processes requires knowledge of the product and the process, the definition of the main key indicators (KPIs) to empower continuous improvement and an implementation strategy.
New tools for digital quality management such as Quality Management Systems (QMS) supported the digital transformation of quality departments, enabling real-time access to data and adapting its configuration according to the needs of each client.
To recognize those professionals who have excelled in the implementation of a digital strategy in their quality departments, at the end of the year, we introduced the KaptureChampion Awards.
With this goal in mind, we start the year by introducing KaptureIO Certificates. These certifications will validate product knowledge as well as the ability to implement KaptureIO, the industry-leading Quality Management System (QMS).
Certification Levels: Specialist, Expert y Master
KaptureIO Specialist Certificate
The «KaptureIO Specialist» certification will be awarded to those professionals with at least 10 hours of training in KaptureIO and with proven experience of day-to-day management in KaptureIO. A «KaptureIO Specialist» will know the quality module, will be able to design new controls, modify existing ones and guide operators in the execution of said controls. A «KaptureIO Specialist» will have a general knowledge of the other features in KaptureIO.
KaptureIO Expert Certificate
The «KaptureIO Expert» certification will be awarded to those professionals with at least 20 hours of training in KaptureIO and with practical knowledge of both the configuration of controls and the analytical management of the results. In addition, a «KaptureIO Expert» will have the knowledge to detect and recommend new KaptureIO applications within the quality department.
KaptureIO Master Certificate
The “KaptureIO Master” certification will be awarded to those professionals who are experts in quality management and who have completed more than 40 hours of training in KaptureIO. The «KaptureIO Master» will have extensive knowledge of the KaptureIO platform and will be able to lead the implementation of KaptureIO, optimizing the configuration of the different modules of the platform according to the requirements of each operation and embracing continuous improvement. In addition, a «KaptureIO Master» will have the knowledge to train KaptureIO Specialists and KaptureIO Experts.
These certifications have been created to recognize professionals with experience in the KaptureIO Quality Management System (QMS) and to standardize its different levels of knowledge.
